How does the DoorFoto™ accommodate for the door hinges and door handle or door knob?

Great questions! With our fabric DoorFotos you simply stretch the material over the door handle or door knob for a clean professional finished look. Because of the athletic, stretchable fabrics that we use it is easy to still access your door knob or door handle simply by moving aside the fabric to get access. When you don't need to get access to the door handle, knob or keyhole, simply cover it up with the fabric (watch video below).

For our corporate clients that always need to have access to the door knob or door handle for company or building regulations, we do have a more custom way that we have solved this problem. With DoorFoto™ for our corporate (not consumer) customers, we use a unique process known to the industry as hot knifing. Because of the fabric that we use we are able to create a slit using a hot knife in the fabric where the door handle/knob goes. The hot knife cauterizes the fabric leaving a very clean looking very durable slit to which leaves the door handle/knob always accessible without having to move the fabric.

The door hinges are not affected by the door wrap as the material lays nicely over the 4 corners of the door and then runs down the length of the door leaving you a very professional clean looking door wrap.
